TVA lakes named some of best in the Southeast

Clean water, careful management, aquatic plants and southern hospitality create the perfect recipe to make Tennessee Valley lakes some of the best bass fisheries across the Southeast and the nation.
This year, fishing industry insiders at BassMaster ranked Lake Guntersville, Alabama, as second and Chickamauga, Tennessee, sixth on its top 100 list of bass lakes in the nation for 2019. Even more striking is that Tennessee Valley Authority lakes dominated the list of BassMaster’s Top 25 Lakes in the Southeast for 2019. Here are the rankings:
