The Roane County Lions Clubs are sponsoring a science based educational seminar, September 10th at 6pm at the Kingston Community Center. The detailed PowerPoint presentation by Dr. Timothy Joseph, a Roane County Fishery Biologist, will explain the ecological and economic disaster that threaten us if nothing is done stop the invasive silver carp and control the spread of invasive plants.
