Please see attached Notice to Navigation concerning TVA conducting a field study at the Watts Bar Fossil Plant mooring cells located at TRM 529.2 below Watts Bar Lock and Dam.
Crews will have tire floats with flashing lights deployed across the river beginning tomorrow 15 August 2018 at 1500 and ending at 1000 16 August 2018.
