We’re celebrating Public Lands Day 2016 with six special events designed to help you connect to the earth and let you join us in our mission of environmental stewardship.
Watts Bar Association Cleanup Where: Watts Bar Dam Reservation Date: September 23, 2016 Time: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Meet: Highway 68, Spring City, Tenn. Join the Watts Bar Lake Association for its annual fall cleanup. Volunteers will meet at the Watts Bar Dam Reservation and then depart to different islands to pick up trash and litter. TVA and the Rhea County litter crew will provide supplies; volunteers should wear appropriate footwear and bring water. For additional information, call Scott Ledford at (865) 632-1326.
