Cabela’s Hosting Kayak Bass Tournament, Dog Training Demos And Family-Friendly Activities
Cabela’s Fort Oglethorpe location will celebrate the final weekend of its annual Spring Great Outdoor Days event by offering customers a variety of free activities on Saturday and Sunday.
Cabela’s will host the Battle of Chickamauga Kayak Bass Tournament on Saturday. The Battle of Chickamauga is a kayak bass fishing benefit tournament for Heroes on the Water. The kayak bass tournament registration, check–ins and awards ceremony will be hosted at Cabela’s in Ft Oglethorpe on Saturday but the actual fishing will take place on eligible waters on Chickamauga Lake from Chickamauga Dam to Watts Bar Dam.
